They used this very dense foam and it worked really well. They did a really beautiful job on it. I needed the seat cushions replaced, since it is a leather couch. They did it quickly and I thought they did a pretty good job. It took them about three days. It looks better than the original. It is a little firmer than what the couch came with. We have been using it everyday and it is holding up well. You cannot tell that the fabric has been changed. The cushion is part of the couch; it is not a free-floating cushion. They had to undo the stitching and then re-stitch and you cannot tell that it has been touched. Their price was very good, it was very reasonable for what they did. They are very friendly.

NOT KNOWING MUCH ABOUT UPHOLSTERY REPAIR I WAS IN NEED OF EXPLANATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. THE COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL THE PROCESS THEY WOULD USE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE FINISHED RESULT WAS GREAT.
