I hired Israel Lopez and his company as my permanent gardener. I hope he will continue to do a fantastic job with my yards.

Addressed everything I needed done and more. Reasonable price. Did a great job!

They didn't come back and didn't let me know why.

They did a good, efficient job and I was happy with the work they've done so far.

Hired last year in October, spoke to him about how the yard maintenance expectations were not being met and he didn?t return the following week?..Very Disappointed!

I believe this is Israel?s company if I?m correct and they did a horrible job. Israel and I had agreed on the 17th Monday of April and that they will take care of lawn and palm trees. They did not show up until Tuesday the 18th and he said 12-2 and they did not show up until about 420pm or 430pm. They cut some BS weeds and left allot of weeds untouched. They didn?t even attempt the backyard and did not even bother to cut down the palm tree branches that were hanging down. When I texted Israel to let him know that I?m not paying for BS work he said ?It's okay. Stay with your money. I've met a lot of people who doesn't wanna pay. You're not the first one. I'm not charging u a lot of money. I pay them 300 a day. It's not your fault. There are a lot of people looking for a job.? Like come on you chose to give me a cheap price and gave me word that what I asked for will be done. This is the second time I got them through angis list and last time they pulled up and cut the dirt like make it make sense. It?s just horrible and I took pictures of their work.

It was a total nightmare and when I asked him to do the job correctly he said I was too picky and that prices were going to go up. And he allowed unauthorized people to go into my yard and left the gate opened and my dog got out and got ran over.

They were quick and efficient and showed up when they said they would. they were polite and amiable. The lawn looked good when they were done

I emailed you guys and explained all and never heard back.. it was a nightmare and $180 is what it cost me for this nightmare, please refer to the email I sent, thank you

Be more prideful and diligent when completing a job because you left alot of work for me to do.

On time, communicates extremely well, awesome work, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Get your quote in writing. He changes what he includes for the price after he starts. Then wants more money for what you thought was readily included. When he says he is done. Do not take his word because he has not completed it all. You still need to remind him of what he promised.

He was over an hour late and told me he got lost, and told my husband he ran late on another job. It seems he lives a long way away. I have to know when he will arrive because I can not let the dogs until after he leaves, he should have been here at 7 AM. He got here late and asked to leave early without cutting the grass so he could go to another job.

One man got the job done effectively and expeditiously

They were thorough and completed the job entirely. The only area of improvement I would suggest is to be more clear on items that they contract out to complete which will require additional payment (i.e. tree trimming.)
