We got our ceiling fan from them that we like a lot and we were there last week looking for lamps. They are very, very friendly in the store and whether you buy or not they are right there to help you. When I call them over the phone to ask a couple of questions they are very helpful; they will put me on hold, lookup the information that I need and tell me.
