Furniture - Sales
When we bought the sectional, we bought a warranty to get our pillows fluffed any time over the time frame. We didn't use the pillow fluffing and I signed paperwork saying that I would get $300 back. They are now unreachable and will not return any of my phone calls. They act like they can't find any information about my purchase.
