Nothing but great things to say about this company! I live in a town home community, with an association that requires everyone's unit look the same on the outside. That being said I had a hard time finding a company that could install a new garage door that looked similar to the existing door. I called and they knew the door I needed by my address, which was a custom door. I was not comfortable in ordering blindly like that so I asked if he'd come and give me an estimate. He did, and he gave the same price in person/writing as he did over the phone. He informed he that due to the size it would be custom order taking about 2-3 weeks. Two weeks later got the call that it was in he scheduled install. He was on time, installed with no problems and I love the new door. Great guy, really knows his business. I would certainly recommend and or use this company again.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED KNOW OVERHEAD. THE FIRST SPRINGS CAME WITH A 7 YEAR WARRANTY AND LASTED 3 YEARS BEYOND THAT. WHEN THEY DID BREAK THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY, AND HAD THE PARTS ON HAND TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR IN ONE VISIT.
