My neighbor has a very nice California Mission style house. Frankly, I thought an aluminum carport on the front of the house would look ghetto. I enjoyed watching the installers. Besides being very cute guys, they worked fast and were professional. I was completely shocked when they were done. The cover is fantastic. It blends seamlessly with the house. It makes the house look much bigger. It is so much cooler inside the house and it has added a lot of footage by expanding useable space. I can't wait to have my house done.

I called for an estimate for a patio cover. The estimator Kent, came out the next day. I had priced a few self install patio kits and KM's price seemed reasonable to me so I placed an order. Kent said it would be roughly two weeks until the installation. Kent called me about a week and a half later and we set up the install for the next day. The crew arrived on time and finished the job the same day. With contractors I ask myself 2 questions 1) Would I use them again and 2) would I recommend them to others. The answer to both questions is YES for KM Patio Covers.com

Supposedly this is a family run operation. Apparently the sequence was: the initial call was picked up by the mom (I think) who told me the dad would call be later which he did. Then I was told I'd talk to the son who's in charge of sales. Spoke to him the following day, gave him some initial information including my email address. I was expecting an email so I can provide further details on the job. NEVER got the email nor a call back wondering why perhaps I didn't reply or to even check that I had received the initial email from him. About a little over a week later, I called back the number which I received from the son. I'm sure I got the right number because the greeting was using the correct name. You guessed it - no callback. I resorted to emailing them using the address from their website. And if you guessed that I received no reply - DING DING DING, we got a winner. I can understand why this provider has not received any feedback, they never get to the point where they do any actual work. Perhaps it's time to get a new person in the sales position.
