They charge a flat visit charge of $129 for all services, which covers all labor that they perform. Material charges are additional. They performed all agreed upon services, plus a bit extra that I had not expected, for exactly the agreed price. Besides the fact that Kinetico distributors are the only ones can service these systems, we would still use this company, as they have given us good, reliable and professional service.

I would give them A's all around. Their sales presentation was very well done and very professional. They were on time and punctual. Their equipment operated very well. Their price was high, but they told me that going in to this.
