Excellent was not good enough. He was thorough and he doesn't rush. He inspects from top to bottom and in detailed. When I have questions, I just called him and he answers right away. He makes my job easier. He got the best price home inspector so far. He was on time and does a thorough job. His reports were easy to read and the quotation was with pictures. I had zero complaints. I've used the service service because of its top quality.
