Rick arrived on time and went to work. He was totally professional, he cleaned up after the work was done and hauled the trash away.

Cross had installed trim around the garage doors that had failed. Cross came out and replaced the trim a couple months later and replaced the trim free of charge, no questions asked in a prompt manner. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
