Mediocre craftsmanship. Tiles where chipped, in some cases crooked. Didn't clean grout well. Didn't sand walls before painting. Very splotchy. Didn't remove shipping restrain bolts on machine. Machine was destroyed after one use. He insisted it wasn't his fault, and blamed Sears, until Sears came out and showed him the restraining bolts. To his credit, he did replace the machine. Though that might be the reason he cut so many corners with the rest of the job. Didn't even know how to install the faucets on the sink. Put them on crooked and insisted "that was part of the design". I fixed it in 5 minutes....by reading the install instructions. Very disappointed.
