Computer Repair
I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN YOU WOULD ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THE TIME FRAM IT WOULD TAKE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM THEY WOULD AVOID ANSWERING THE QUESTION. FINALLY I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER SALES REP AND THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. OTHER THEN THE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIRST SALES REP, THEY PERFORMED A GOOD JOB ON MY COMPUTER UNIT.
