Erron called the evening before to ask if he could take a quick look at the work we had for him the next day, so he could make sure he would bring the correct tools and manpower. Fortunately, we were able to accomodate him. He came right on time the next morning, and got right to work. While watching Erron, he made it look so easy to make the carpet repairs we needed. He was very quick for five different spots around the house we had work on too. Each area looked great too when he was done! I would hire Erron again, if needed, and I were staying in SoCal.

We are preparing to place our home on the market for sale. We had 3 areas of our wall to wall carpet that suffered minor damage at the edges due to chewing by our dogs during their puppy stage. I performed an online search of carpet repair vendors via HomeAdvisor and identified 3 possible choices. the best vendor with the highest reviews was Orange County/Inland Empire Carpet Repairs. I contacted the office via phone and left a message. I received a call back the same day and the customer service representative was very helpful and was able to offer an appointment 5 days out that matched my schedule. After texting the office a few iPhone pics of the damaged areas, I received a quote of $175 plus tax. I received a reminder call the day before my scheduled appointment and a one hour reminder call on the day of the appointment. Don arrived and was extremely professional and, after viewing the damaged areas of the carpet, explained what he could and how much it would cost ($150 for stretching the carpet in 3 places and an additional $25 for cutting a small patch of carpet from the under stairs closet to insert in corner of bedroom carpet that was destroyed; "hole" in carpet in non-visible area of closet was replaced onsite by Don using a swatch of carpet he carried in company truck. The match was 95% perfect). Total time of repair was about one hour and the total price charged was the quoted total price of $175.00. The repair work was excellent and there is no way that anyone can tell that the carpet had been damaged and repaired via stretching in 3 areas and a patch inserted in one of those areas. The cost of the repair was well worth it and saved us the much more expensive alternative of having to replace our wall-to-wall carpet in the family room and one bedroom. Don is a gentleman and a true professional. I would highly recommend the services of this vendor!!

Don and Jennifer are extremely professional. They explained the carpet stretching process quite well. We were left at ease with the level of confidence and the results from their work. We were most impressed with their warranty and their excellence in customer service. Our carpet needed some work and they definitely delivered it to perfect form. Their fees are very fair and their work is exceptional. I would gladly recommend their services to anybody interested in carpet re-stretch.

Did a great job, got started right away and finished the job quickly. There are probably cheaper companies you could find, but I don't think there are better companies. Which incidentally is why we hired them, a cheap installer had done our carpet wrong and so we had to hire Don to fix it.

Don arrived in a "company van", very clean-cut and professional. He was very respectful but also warm and friendly.
