The whole transaction went very well. I was very pleased that they were able to transfer all my data. Luckily, I had no loss of data due to an old hard drive. The staff at Human Computer are committed to superb customer service. I will use them again (and again) for PC repair.

Excellent service. My hard drive crashed and they did everything they could to retrieve the info off if the drive. Replaced hard drive installed programs, Laptop works great. Had a software issue with Microsoft Windows, took computer to them and they repaired the issue and didn't charge me. Great guys, great work and reasonably priced.

I think they are very good with their work and they really know their stuff. He's been very happy with them. I had them do some retrieval work for me and they said that they wouldn't charge me if they wouldn't be able to do the work but if they do they would only charge me a couple hundred dollars.

THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM AND I ENDED UP BUYING A NEW MACHINE. IT SEEMED THEY COULD HAVE WARNED ME BETTER OF THIS POSSIBILITY WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN.
