Once the plumber got to the house, everything went very well. He cleaned and flushed the heater in a professional manner. The plumber had a very difficult job prior to mine which delayed him for a couple of hours from coming to my house. But we kept in touch and things worked out well in the end.

It was a stress-free experience working with Hayes Plumbing. After the first plumber refused to continue his work due to the presence of mold in the wall, I was left in the dark on what to do next. A friend recommended Zack Hayes to me. He came to my house immediately the next day after I contacted him in the evening. Due to the water damage and the mold situation in the wall, I was relief that Zack is also a general contractor. It really simplified the whole process since I do not need to arrange for all the work needed to reconstruct the bathrooms. He immediately helped put me in contact with companies that provide mold remediation services.
Once the mold was removed and the wall dried properly over the weekend, Zack, his employee Michael and the subcontractors Zack arranged provided all the services mentioned earlier. Zack and Michael were professional and always helpful. They were clean, thorough and efficient. They were also very accommodating the entire time. Zack quickly helped me find a different shower valve with the features that I want for the master bedroom after work has started. The subcontractors were also good, especially the painter. Now, my guest bathroom looks better than it was before the reconstruction.

We were referred to Hayes Plumbing Five Star Baths from my Aunt, she had some work done by them in the past and said they did a wonderful job and she couldn't say enough about how professional and honest they treated her. We called and within a half hour they were there to access the problem. He knew exactly where to dig and fixed the problem right away. He soldered new fittings and set the pipe in a way that lessened the stress. He was very easy to talk to and we didnt feel pressured at all. He was very professional and took the stress out of a stressful situtation. I felt that they were very honest in price, i would highly reccommend them to my friends and family and will definitely call them again for all my plumbing problems.

I have been wanting to remodel my master bathroom for some time now. I have been hesitant on moving forward with this project because I didn't know who to hire or who I could trust. Once I met with Zak, I knew this was the company I wanted to do the project. After I received my estimate I was ready to start right away. From the very first day they were courteous and clean.
