Timely and professional personnel. Overall great job. Only issue is the wasp's nest were knocked down from the eaves and left on the ground. Will make technician aware when he returns in 3 months.

We started service last year when moving into a newly constructed home.  We had a lot of bugs (ants, spiders, etc) in/out.  Within 3 months the bugs were at bay.  We have a Taexx system so they inject the insecticide into the system and it works throughout the house.  They also sweep around the outside of the house (with a brush) to keep spider webs under control.  We have had ongoing service since then.  The cost is rather expensive but the results are so effective!
Pros:  Effective insect control, Responsive, technician always friendly.
Cons:  Payment online REALLY difficult initially - better now.  Scheduling service - they always call and want to schedule service 2 weeks before it's due (because they're in the area).  Price.

We have been using them for about 7 years and rarely have any bugs in our house.  I hear some of my neighbors complaining about ants or spiders…not us!  I'm very surprised to see all the things that families spend money, but don't have pest control services.  All it takes is one ant infestation (or insert your bug of choice int he blank) and you will spend more time and money and frustration trying to get rid of them!  They don't even have to spray inside due to the the tube system.  It's very effective and my pests and children never have contact with it.  If we ever see anything in or around our house between services, you call and they come within a day or two.  I've only had 2 techs in the entire 7 years, so I like the low turn over rate.  Both have been very professionally, informative, and friendly.  We have also used them to treat gophers (twice; we've had huge problems).  They take care of it and check back to make sure no new mounds pop up.  I have been very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

They are probably one of the best pest control places out here in this county. We moved in the house a year ago and the termites were not treated properly. The house should have been tented and it wasn't. He confirmed the fact that we have termites and confirmed the fact that they were not treated the way they should have been. That was at no charge because we do have service with them. We pay $89 every 3 months. It is very cheap. They are very professional.When we call the office, they have everything listed and what treatments we have done. When we moved into this house last June, we had ants really badly. We called them 3 times in one month and they kept coming. If we ask them to come back, they will come back because they feel like they are not providing a service to us if they are not taking care of the problem. We thought we had rats in our attic and they came right away and set traps in the attic. They come back and check them. We don't have to do anything ourselves; they are a true service. They also have the termite service. They are very fair priced. We've never had a problem with bugs, ants, spiders or anything like that when they are servicing our home. They also service my in-laws. They also provide Taexx protection so they kills the ants and spiders through the walls. It seems to be very protective. They are very informative, conscientious and respectful of our kids and pets. They are very sweet. We've been using them for almost 10 years

Had some pests show up over the weekend, so gave HomeTeam Pest Control a call and they came the next day.
They gave me a two hour window and showed up as expected. A very nice man explained the process and walked me through all the paperwork. He answered some questions about the bugs we'd been seeing and offered some information about general issues in our community. He was very friendly and efficient. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

So far I haven't seen a bug in the house, it's been perfect. The technician that has been coming out has been very professional and thorough and he answers any questions that I have.

We have a tube system that goes through our house.  They fill that up with a foam system.  They are the only ones that use that system, and they do many of homes in the neighborhood. They are the best ones I've used.  I think their prices are reasonable, compared to everyone else.  My guy, that does our house, does a great job.  He gives me a handshake and a smile, and we talk for a few minutes.  It's a good thing!  I love them.  I will continue to use them until they aren't any good.

They offer a couple of different plans either monthly or quarterly.  They call before they come out and they ask if you have noticed any bugs in your yard so that they know what to treat for when they are there the following day.  I will continue to use them in the future. 

They arrived on time and thoroughly explained the products used for the exterminating services. I felt comfortable with there professionalism and service.

Their SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND SHOW UP AS PROMISED. WE ALMOST NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BUGS AND WHEN WE DO THEY ARE PROMPTLY THERE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

HOMETEAM PEST DEFENSE TREATS OUR HOME AGAINST PESTS AND THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL IN KEEPING OUR HOME PEST-FREE. HOWEVER, WHEN AN APPOINTMENT TIME IS GIVEN FOR THE SERVICE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PUNCTUAL. THAT COULD BE FRUSTRATING HAVING TO WAIT FOR THEM.

IT WAS FINE. WE DID NOT FIND THAT THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS DOING ANY GOOD. WE WERE NOT FINDING ANY MORE OR ANY LESS PESTS IN OUR HOUSE WITH THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE BY THE TECHNICIANS WAS GREAT, BUT THE SERVICE IN THE OFFICE IS TERRIBLE WITH SCHEDULING AND NOT CALLING. THEY SAY THAT THEY CALLED WHEN THEY DIDN'T. WE ARE KIND OF STUCK WITH THEM, AND OUR HOUSE IS BUILT FOR THEIR SPECIFIC TYPE OF SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS ANOTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICE THAT DOES THIS TYPE. THEY WERE LINKED WITH OUR BUILDER.
