It seems to have worked out. At first, I thought that there was a problem with the display. I went on Youtube and looked up and saw that if you hold down a part of the touch tone screen too long it would do another function. Otherwise, it has worked out fine. It is still going good. I've never had to call for any service. They provided a warranty and I also bought extended warranty for 5 years. Warranty includes parts and labor. Also, if it got to the point that they couldn't repair it then there was the option of a replacement which would be a store credit or whatever. I made the purchase online. Everything went smooth. Because it was right before Christmas, when they came to deliver and install, they had LA installers. When they got here they gave me this thing like, "Well, we can't install it in a garage." These were LA county ordinances. I told them, "Yes. You can." I told Home Depot, "You knew what was going on. Practically everybody around me has it out in the garage. You sent LA county installers because you were over busy and they're going to tell me after they get here that they can't install my appliances." So I got irritated over that but I got it straightened out. They went ahead and installed my washer and dryer.

I like that they are close to my home. I grade them a B overall.

Both times they were extremely professional and courteous. They were very supportive in our desires. They were very conscientious. The first gentlemen came out to measure and discuss what we wanted. A week later his supervisor came by to make sure that the measurements were correct. The crew came out two weeks later to install the product. The workers were very efficient and nice. We are very happy with the product and the installation.

The work was not provided by this vendor.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE AND THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB. THE WORKERS JUST ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE TO THE JOB, AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO RUSH THROUGH THE WORK.

HOME DEPOT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS IMPRESSED HOW THEY HAD EVERYTHING LOOKING. THE PRICE THEY CHARGED ME WAS VERY REASONABLE TOO. PLUS THE GOOD THING ABOUT GOING THROUGH A COMPANY SUCH AS HOME DEPOT IS THAT YOU GET A WARRANTY.

HOME DEPOT DID A GOOD JOB IN REDOING MY CABINETS. ORIGINALLY I WAS GOING TO GET BRAND NEW CABINETS, BUT WHEN THE TECH CAME OUT TO GIVE ME A QUOTE HE SAID I DIDN'T NEED NEW CABINETS THE JUST NEEDED TO BE REFACED. HE SAVE ME ALLOT OF MONEY BECAUSE FOR NEW CABINETS I WOULD OF BEEN PAYING WELL OVER 8000

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY WALL. T HEY HAD IT UP IN NO TIME. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE MUCH MORE THAN WHAT THEY CHARGED. HONESTLY THEY WERE CHEAPER THAN THE ORIGINAL COMPANY I WAS GOING TO USE. I WAS GOING TO HOME DEPOT TO BUY BRICK FOR THE OTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. IT WAS SATISFACTORY. I GOT WHAT I WANTED, I PAID A PRICE I WAS WILLING TO PAY, AND I GOT IT DONE. I SHOPPED AROUND, AND I GOT A BETTER PRICE HERE. NOTHING BAD HAPPENED.

THEY TOOK OUT FURNITURE, PUT IN NEW CARPET, VACUUMED, CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY STAPLED INTO MY PHONE LINE, AND I HAD TO GET THAT FIXED. I DID TELL THEM ABOUT THAT.

FOR OTHER THINGS WE NEED, WE GO THERE. THEY ARE CLOSE BY, AND THEY ARE RIGHT THERE. THEY ALSO HAVE EVERYTHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY WERE BETTER WHEN THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE THAN THEY WERE AT THE STORE. IT'S HARD TO FIND SOMEONE AT THE STORE THAT WILL REALLY HELP. THEY LISTENED AND DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO OTHER THAN WHAT THEY WERE HIRED FOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS FINE BUT REGULAR WORKERS DON'T ALWAYS SEEM LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE HAD TO FIND THINGS OURSELVES WHEN DOING OUR OWN REPAIR WORK.
