"Hello [Member Name Removed] I'm not sure why you are unhappy. Our employee quoted you $725 you both agreed on $625 so You signed the estimate before work was started. He did the worked perfectly and upon finishing he needed to let the glue dry, Which takes 30 minutes. Keep in mind its 106 Degrees outside. He decided to rest up and cool off in the truck with the air conditioner on while he let the glue cure properly. He then turned on the water and everything worked perfectly. But your complaint is he sat in his truck? and was too expensive? I stand behind our employee and the work he did was up to companies standards. I have also called and texted you trying to see what we can do and my calls have gone unanswered Thanks"
