Description of Work: This company was also the buisness that Samsung referred me to. I originally received a call from this company mid July 2012, two days after I called Samsung. The gentleman who called was tough to understand due to his heavy accent. He told me what he felt the problem was and could come out in a couple of days. I told him that I was out of town and would call him when I returned home. This is where the problem occurred. When I returned home the following week, I made three phone calls, three days in a row asking him to contact me. He failed to return my call's. I called Samsung and complained to them about it. They told me to try again, so I did. The gentleman answered and during the call we were disconnected. I immediately tried to call back twice and both times, my call went straight to voicemail! Just a sidebar to those considering a Samsung television. I have a 55" LED model # UN55b8500xf. I purchased it in Jan. 2010. The capicitors have gone bad in it and Samsung television's have had this problem in the past. A class action suit was filed and awarded to previous owners of various Samsung televisions. (you can google it). I mentioned this to Samsung and they said that this model had not been having this problem. I guess it's a "huge" coincidence that my friend bought the same model 4 months later because he liked my picture quality and 16 months later, he had the same problem. I am just waiting for the next class action lawsuit which I feel will surely be coming. My last 5 televisions have been Samsung. I have since purchased another model and will no longer buy a Samsung until they alleviate this problem and own up to the ones that they do have.
