Very disappointed in Samsung’s recommended service technician for Riverside. Called in morning after TV went out. Person answered in heavily-accented English, apparently on cell phone, and, after confirming the number, said he would call back in 15 minutes. He did not. I called several hours later and left a message on the answering machine. No call back. I then sent an e-mail to the advertised address, but no response in last two days. Samsung is not much better. I called to complain and ended up speaking with a young woman, possibly in the Philippines. The line was bad. I gave her my number and she confirmed it and said that she would call right back; she didn’t. Ended up calling Pat’s TV, a Riverside institution for over 40 years. They have the TV now, and gave me a quick initial diagnosis. Avoid TheHiDefLCDDoctor; he’s not responsive; so, I wouldn’t trust him with my TV.
