Their products do not work. Have come out 3 times in 4 months and see NO results. Do not used!

I hired Hawx after I had an infestation of spiders and ants and it was the best decision I ever made. I have not had any insects lurking in either my inside or outside spaces and I love it! My technician Kendale did an amazing job, answered my questions and addressed my needs. My most sincere advice if you have problems with insects to include mosquitoes is to give them a call. Iâ m only giving 5 stars because the system wonâ t allow me to give them 10!!!

Fraudulent and unscrupulous business that will NOT inform the customer they are under a contract, thereby taking YOUR money without your knowledge. Did not take notes or records of ending services after numerous attempts. Continues to harass you over late fees, THE DAY AFTER LOSING A FAMILY MEMBER TO CANCER. They are more vile and disgusting than the insects they are paid to take care of.

Instead of earning your business, these guys prefer to lock you in with a horrible contract! I had a $55 balance when I cancelled and Hawx refused to return this money. Instead they charged me a $200 fee to cancel. I still took the $255 hit to be done with this company! Horrible experience all around! For my first 2 appointments with this company nobody ever showed up. The first time I had to spend 20+ minutes calling to reschedule, and then schedule another day at home since I needed to be here for the service. The 2nd time I just tried canceling. Instead of refunding me what I already paid (plus my additional balance), they wanted to charge an additional $199 to cancel. So I had them come do one final service so I could at least get that completed and then cancelled immediately after.

They will lie to you to get you signed up. They told me they would be out every two months. That was a lie. They told me i would be charged every two months. Then charged my card every month. After they came out insects were a lot worse than before. Do not hire them, they are worthless

Since I switched to Hawx, I now have an onslaught of pincher bugs, flies, mosquitos, and two mice. The two individuals assigned to my account are both non responsive to text messages and phone calls. Can't wait to find a new company.

The did not come out to my home for four months after only performing a partial service due to rain. They charged me $40 per month for the 4 months that they did not show up. They tried to offer me two months free when I called to cancel my service and told me someone be out there in 2 days. The months they wanted to give me a refund for were two months ahead and not past months that I had not received the proper service. VERY DECEPTIVE. Hard to get on the phone and never communication when a technician is planning on arriving. Not ideal for someone that has two dogs

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company is a fraud - illegally charging fees for services never provided. I have in writing that the fraudulent account was canceled but the unscrupulous business practices of Hawx continues to illegally charge my account. They refuse to provide alleged dates of service, since none is provided. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely fraud company do not hire They are spray do not work . The probably put water and Spray the water in your yard And charge you money for it Sprayed and the ants came back in same area. They tried to charge me a cancellation fee as well after saying there was none.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AWFUL SERVICE, UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES, BILLING ABUSE, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU, ENTIRELY DECEPTIVE PROMOTIONS AND SALES Their sales representative will lie and tell you they'll send someone out weekly for the monthly 249 cost. Not true, they will only send out every 14 days and wont let you schedule in advance, you have to get on the schedule every two weeks and hope you can get someone quickly and available (they never are). They are trying to space out the treatments so that you have to pay the monthly recurring fee for more treatments which you were initially promise. Getting on the schedule was impossible. Their customer service agents are terrible. They will not assist you in any way. The company will do everything to overcharge you. They won't let you cancel your membership and finish using that months services at the same time which is absolutely absurd. They also won't email you about upcoming billing charges--which California requires. Don't use them, you will regret. They do not care about customers.

Do not hire this company for your services they misrepresent what is offered do subpar work and try to hold you into a contract that is not even what is offered as they stated when they come to your door they charge every month for services they only do every three months there is so many good companies out there read the reviews and make sure you do not enter into this nightmare such as I did because all they wanna do was take money from you they do not do a good job and they do not offer what they promise when they come to your door avoid them. They claim they use organic products which is what I was told by the guy that came to the door and I had to leave the house for an hour with my dogs after they sprayed only to come back and have my dogs get very sick

This company is deceptive. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Found this company based on Google reviews. Their reviews were pretty good, but I should have checked Yelp as it seems they couldnt pay for reviews there. I called to have pest control done in my backyard. The agent on the line was a young girl who talked me into getting an **inside-outside package** that covers the same thing. I asked for only OUTSIDE, she kept confirming to me that the package would do both as part of a promo. I was sent 2 agreements. As I read them, I asked her repeatedly if this was correct and that there was only 1 package. She confirmed and I signed. I was then charged for two packages (an inside/outside and an outside). Upon trying to understand the issue, the customer care team admitted their services are confusing (I would say misleading). The tech who came only did outside, but I was later told it was both outside packages (this is where their service becomes convoluted). Sidenote: The tech was respectful and courteous, so that is a plus. They didnt do the inside because they had to have us out for 2 hours. The agent on the phone DID NOT tell us that so we had to reschedule. So I did not receive full service. They told me I signed both agreements and so I am stuck to it. I can see how they can make a fool out of customers and trap them. I suggest you do not fall for their tricks. I regret ever calling them.

Is there a way to give zero stars? Did you all know that they switched over to monthly billing and there is NO WAY to get your money back. They sent an e mail they claim. But there employees entered my email wrong so I never got it. They said sorry, in the service agreement it says we can change billing at any time. So unless I keep their services and have them bill me 2 more months and continue services until February, I am out the money. This is WRONG. They are basically stealing my money and I have NO RECOURSE. How many other people are they taking money from and not delivering service?

Contacted me right away, Eric came over and discuss the problem I was having and they just happen to be in the neighborhood and they came over later that day. Took care of the problem and other things at a very reasonable price.
