After an initial request via the internet to request an estimate, Mark from Go Roof Tune-Up came out to estimate the work to be done to our roof.  Instead of climbing up on the roof with him, he took detailed pictures on his iPad and showed us what needed to be done.  I did not have any other estimates done for this job, because I was leery of having a roofing company come out and try to sell me a new roof when I knew I just needed maintenance, which is what Go Roof Tune-Up does.  Mark and his helper came out about a week later to complete the work in about 3 hours.  Unfortunately, a week later it rained and I came to notice that the patio area was still leaking.  I quickly called Mark back to let him know and he came over right away to access the problem.  He decided to re-roof the entire area to ensure that it wouldn't leak again, which was the right thing to do.  Since then, no problems.  This company also offers a no-leaks guarantee for 5 years, so I knew it was a win-win for us.
