They did everything I needed them to do and I was very pleased. I just took my computer and gave it to them and they did everything they said they were going to do in the time that they said that they would do it. I did not actually meet with the person who was fixing it, so I am assuming that they have knowledge because they were able to do it.

THEY HAD MY COMPUTER FOR THREE WEEKS WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THREE DAYS. THEY KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS FIXED AND I WOULD GO IN AND IT WASN'T DONE. I KEPT HAVING TO WAIT LONGER. IT SEEMS OKAY NOW THOUGH.

THE PEOPLE WERE DIFFICULT TO REACH BY PHONE AND THERE WAS NO APPROXIMATE TIME THE COMPUTER WOULD BE PICKED UP. ALSO, THEY WERE HAVING ME DO SO MANY THINGS THAT WERE COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. I FOUND THIS OUT LATER. OVERPRICED, RUDE AND THE WORK WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE BEST BUY WOULD HAVE SUCH A DEPARTMENT.

COMPUTER HARD DRIVE GOT DE-BUGGED AND A LARGER HARD DRIVE WAS INSTALLED. BASICALLY TRYING TO FIX GENERAL COMPUTER FUNCTIONING ISSUES. SLOW AND FREEZING.
