I called GC Electric at 10 o'clock in the morning. They responded at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and work until the project was secured. I consider that excellent response time. He was not waiting for a call, he knew the urgency and came as soon as he was finished with his current project. He called me several times giving me updates on when he thought he could be there.
