I have to start by saying I’m a first time homebuyer and I didn’t know who to contact about my home inspection since there is so many people that can easily tell you they are the best. I contacted over 15 different inspectors and inspections companies and by far G&C kept coming on TOP. I got in contact with Claudio and he was very straightforward with me from the beginning and I really appreciate that. He was very professional over the phone gave me all the information I need it to feel comfortable to have them be my inspectors. The day of the inspection they were early and were very kind to explain everything again. From the moment they started the inspection to the moment they finished the professionalism was impeccable… After the inspection was done he went over things he saw and was going to write it on the report everything that need it to get fixed. I felt extremely at peace to know they catch almost everything if not everything. Also As they promised if I had any questions to contact them and without a doubt they answered each time. My report was extremely easy to understand and was in my email with in hours of the inspection. These guys are top notch. I will definitely keep recommending them. Price wise you will love them even more….. Once again Thank you George & Claudio. You are the Best.
