Company responded quickly and provided excellent service. Oscar was very professional. I added electrical for two wall mounted flat screen TV's, and mounted a ceiling light fixture. Price seemed reasonable. But the timing was perfect. The work was done with very little effort on my part.

The job: Rebuild a 45-year-old kitchen fluorescent light fixture. 8 sockets, two ballasts, 4 tubes. Both Frank and his technician Oscar were helpful and friendly. Oscar was very knowledgeable and efficient. No time wasted. He went above and beyond to clean everything. The fixture looks like new. Job site clean, all trash hauled away. Considering parts and labor the price was very fair. He is now my go-to guy for anything electrical because I trust the quality and price of the work.

They did trouble shooting for me. Provided complete status and recommendations.

The problem was not solved, but Frank gave us some possible solutions.

To start off, they were late and did not call us until 50 minutes after they were supposed to be there. All we did was have four light fixtures that needed to be replaced outside in the patio. Took him less than an hour to do. Charged us $260.00? I could not believe it when I saw the receipt. To make matters worse, he did not pick up the trash...just left everything on the floor where he was working and on our table. I will never use them again. If you want to get ripped off...then call these guys.

Please read this whole review because it's important if you are considering your choice on customer service. This is my first time using HomeAdvisor. I read the reviews for Frank and reached out to him. He quoted $185 just to run 2 fan cables through a wall and connect them. It took him about half an hour and he ran the cables through the attic and hooked them up to my smoke alarm, which he said don't use a lot of power. Then after he left, later that evening, we tried to turn on a switch light and every time it would pop the breaker. I called Frank back to ask if there was too much plugged in on that circuit and he said no, that it might be a short somewhere. That circuit had never popped before and the light switch worked before he hooked up the fans to the smoke alarm, but he wanted to charge me another $130 more to troubleshoot HIS own work....how does that make any sense? Where is the customer service in that? He never offered to come back to verify if his work was the cause of the issue or not and for that I am giving such a low rating. Please, if you use him, verify all switches before he leaves your home. I will not call Frank back for the troubleshooting, that's for sure, because the other guy I call will be checking his work.
