We had three bids for this job. FM Landscape was by far the most professional and most interested in getting our business. After our first meeting, they came back the next day with a detailed drawing and itemized plan for the work we requested. He was very flexible in modifying this initial plan to bring the scope of the work in line with what we were prepared to spend on the job. The job was to completely redo our back yard, which is about 3000 square feet, with sections of flagstone and gravel, plants, grass, and trees. Felipe Medina was checking in with us regularly to make sure that we approved of various details and clearly wanted us to be happy with everything. He came up with several suggestions that improved the project and did a few things that we considered "above and beyond" what was agreed to in our contract. The work took about 2 weeks from start to finish. The work was all done professionally and the quality is very high. We are very happy with our back yard and will use FM Landscape again in the future.
