Will and his associate was very quick in addressing issue , here no longer then 30 minutes â ¦ Replace compressor at a very fair price range

They came out the same day and replaced a faulty pressure switch. Got the heater working properly in a short amount of time. Very pleased with the service, would call again for any problem.

He was very polite. He worked hard and was very honest.

I contacted Express around 11:30am and gave them the "rundown" about my problem. Will was able to locate the replacement part and arrived at my home the same day (around 3:30pm) and within minutes my heater was working 100% again. Great service, great pricing, great experience. I will not hesitate to contact them should the need for heater/AC repair arise.

The amount charged for the part, exceeded reasonably market value. I was overcharged for this units circuit board. Upon research, the average cost for this unit is below $100.00 I was charged $648.00 for the total job, which included 10% veterans discount. from the original price of $712.00. Moderate reimbursement for this outlandish cost is appreciated. Based on his charges for parts, I would not use him again.

Mr. Will Diaz provided excellent customer service when the heat hit last week and the AC went out at my rental. It was a bit of an emergency because my tenant has a health condition and needs the AC. I would highly recommend Express Heating and Cooling. William Diaz is an expert in his field of work. We had someone else come out previously to Express Heating and Cooling who were not knowledgeable to fix our furnace issues. William came out and was able to diagnose the problem and replace the circuit board. Our furnace is working perfectly now! We are so very pleased with Express Heating and Cooling and definitely will be using them again. William Diaz we would like to thank you again!

Will at Express was wonderful ! Told me what time he would be here and was here at the time he said . After looking at my unit he explained what the problem was , looked into the warranty and quoted me a price and time when he would return and fix my unit. I will call express when ever I need any help with my AC or heating . Very happy with the service!!!

William was the first to call, very prompt. He was able to come out the same day and get my AC unit up and running even though the compressor unit was having issues and in need of replacement. Very courteous and professional. Will be using him to replace the compressor unit.

The project was beyond what I expected. By that I mean, Express Heating & Cooling technician, discovered and repaired issues I didn't know I had i.e. corroded batteries, vents that were so dirty that hindered an even or any air flow. My wall system is 20 years old and the technician replaced it with a new one. I appreciate the professional and informative manner in which the technician resolved my issues - helping me to understand for future care of my air condititioner. The cost was much less than I had anticipated based on quotes online from other companies. This company will definitely be my "go to" for all of my heating and cooling needs. Awesome job!
