He fixed my dryer quickly and recommended that I don't do the other service (hooking the water to the dryer for steaming) due to the complications with leaks and future repair bills. He could of made more money but he was looking out for his customer.

I called on a Saturday after a major holiday because my dryer broke down and I was concerned it would cost more for service and I might need to wait for a regular work day. I was called with a guote right away for same day repair at the regular daily rate. My technician showed up on time, fixed the complex problem and advised me on how to better use my appliance in the future. I was impressed with his troubleshooting skills.

The technician was on time and fixed the gear on our washer. It was a bit pricey but I guess thatâ s how it is these days. Hopefully it will give us a few more years of use. I would recommend them.
