Fast and easy.

He was sent to me by home warranty company. I couldn't even get my car out. I was stuck in the garage with my car. I called my home warranty company and they sent him out on an emergency call. He came and rescued me. He found some issues in my garage that were causing the problem. He is here today. I wouldn't even have hired him to do some other work that my home warranty didn't cover. So far, he is good. He came right away. He came in 20 minutes from when they called him. Today, he was running late; but he called up on my cell phone and communicated that he was running late. We agreed on the time with him to be here, which he did. Now, my garage door is working fine. He did some adjustments and so far it looks good. This week I had lot of problems with the contractors. He is the only one of the few, who had actually shown up. I really appreciate it, more than I can tell anyone. He is great communicator. He responded quickly and he was on time. They are professional. I looked at some of the things with another company and the difference in price was not that much. He is here and he is installing it. He is totally professional.
