Water Heater Service
I called them at 7 am to report the problem and Mr. Emery said he was booked for the day but would have his son call us and come out probably by 10 am. The son Matt did call and arrived at 9:55. He completed the work at 12:45 and checked to make sure the pipe held after the water was turned back on. After he left we discovered that our cable TV s we're not working and suspected he had accidentally jarred a cabe loose. We called him and left a message. We had to leave for an appointment before he could call back but when we returned home the problem had been fixed and he had left a note. We have used the company several times before and always had prompt and professional service. We have referred them to friends and have other friends who use their services as well. All seem quite happy with their work.

THE OVERALL PRODUCT WAS SATISFACTORY BECAUSE OF PROMPTNESS AND CLEANLINESS. I COULDN'T HAVE DONE THE WORK MYSELF THAT WELL AND FOR THAT GOOD OF A PRICE.
