On the Dec, 30. 2019, at 11:10 am, I phoned and spoke with Rebecca. I told her that I wanted a deal bolt lock installed on my patio gate. I needed to leave home before 2 pm. At 11:40 am, Eddie, locksmith, arrived. By 11:55 am, he had installed lock and had it keyed same as other house keys. I chose this company because they had over 100 positive reviews, they offered 24 hours service on some days, and accepted all forms of payments. AAA discounts are available for some services. I am glad that I chose this company, they provided prompt, professional, and personable service at a reasonable price.

The technician Rod, did a great job. He was fair in pricing and professional. My only complaint was about punctuality. They quoted me a 9-11 am window. The office called me at 10:58 to tell me they weren't going to make the window. The technician didn't arrive until 12:00.

They were on time for the appointment and did the work quickly and professionally.  I changed the original scope of the work after they arrived, but they had everything on hand to get the job done.

The technician came to replace the locking handset on our front door. He did not have with him one that was similar to the deadbolt color (bronze) and told us that he would order one and estimated the cost to be $50. He came back with one that still did not match, one that he had already re-keyed, and the cost of this lockset was $75 (re-key cost was separate). No information was left regarding the brand or warranty (if any). My wife and I question then, if the handset is worth $75. So, we have a handset that cost a total of $156 parts/labor that we are not happy with.

THEY PUT ME ON A NEW LOCK AND KEY SYSTEM. NOW I HAVE THE SAME KEY FOR BOTH OF MY LOCKS ON MY FRONT DOOR. THEY ALSO RE-KEYED MY SECURITY DOOR TO MATCH THE FRONT DOOR.

IT DEFINITELY AN A. HE WAS JUST VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A VERY NICE MAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. I LIKE THE FACT THAT HE HAS A DISCOUNT FOR PEOPLE IF THEY LOSE THEIR KEYS OR HAVE THEM STOLEN. THE COMPANY DISCOUNTS THE PRICE FOR THEM.
