Best inspection a homebuyer could ask for. Greg did an awesome, thorough inspection and explained everything. I'm so grateful to have found him. I was worried that an inspector might not have a lot of knowledge or may not point things out just to save time, but Greg was not like that at all. He obviously knows what he's doing and he's super pleasant to boot. He found 19 issues which the seller is correcting. I'm not only leaving the highest possible review here, but left a five star review on Yelp. I recommend anyone needing a home inspection to use Greg at Diamond Property Inspections. I told my coworkers and my boss already. Thanks!

Found this company on Angie's List. Contacted company by phone and made appt for inspection. Mr. Terry was on time, polite, professional and thorough. I find no reason to disagree with the good reports from previous Angie's List users of his services.

I thought the price for the work was a little expensive. But after the thorough job and full detailed report that was giving to me upon completion of the work, I was really satisfied with the work. I was given a full detailed report on the problems that the house might of had.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND PROVIDED A FULL DETAILED REPORT UPON COMPLETION OFF THE INSPECTION. I THOUGHT THE CHARGE WAS EXCESSIVE, BUT IT WAS TRULY WORTH IT.

GREG DID A GREAT JOB, WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND PROVIDED A DETAILED REPORT AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION FOR ME. THIS GUY IS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS AT THE BLINK OF AN EYE.
