Slight glitch with phone tag otherwise I'm very pleased. I had to arrange for someone to meet Dave on scheduled day. Dave arrived promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He surprised me and cleaned my extremely filthy ceiling fan blades...Thank you Dave!! BTW Debbie is very happy too!

I am a loyal, repeat customer of Dave's Cleaning Services.  He is very prompt, professional, courteous and efficient, and does a great job for a fair price.  I also appreciate that I am able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame.
I have a 2-story house with a lot of windows and screens, and a very tall 2-story height set of windows in the front of the house.  Dave comes out and first inspects and cleans all of the screens and is able to do screen repairs, if needed.  Then he tackles the window cleaning itself.  He is very thorough.  Also, I work from home and am often on conference calls, so I appreciate that he is self-sufficient and quiet. 
If you need your windows and your screens washed, I highly recommend him.  You won't be disappointed!

He did an excellent job and the work was completed at the Quoted price.   I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.  He brought all the necessary equipment to complete the job, including a vacuum to clean the window sills.

David promptly called in response to my inquiry & quoted priced based on the number of windows. He emailed the quote as I requested and also gave info on other services offered such as cleaning window coverings. That was awesome & price was reasonable.

Dave responded to the phone message I left in a timely manner.  He was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone, using the location of my home.  He arrived promptly and proceeded to clean the windows and wash all of the screens. Inside, he also vacuumed the window rails and sills.  The results surpassed my expectations.

Excellent service provided by Dave. Arrived on time and worked very hard to complete all work within the timeframe he gave us. Dave is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He stayed on task and did a beautiful job cleaning all of our windows, screens, blinds and tracks. The windows and screens are so clean I thought he had forgotten to put the screens back on, but on further inspection they're so clean you can barely see them! Dave's price for the service he provides is more than competitive and fair. I highly recommend him and I will have him continue to clean our windows as needed I could never do the great job Dave did! Oh and did I mention he even cleaned our garage door windows!

Dave showed up at the scheduled time, and called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He was polite, courteous, and very professional. He methodically went through the house, cleaning the windows and window sills (with a cool little portable vacuum).  We will definitely be calling Dave again, and we highly recommend his service to everyone!

We've been at our house for about a year and a half and the windows were pretty filthy (not sure if the previous owners ever cleaned the windows).  Requested quotes from a few vendors and selected Dave due to his price being competitive and the good reviews he received from others.  He came right on time and worked hard by himself for a few hours to clean all our windows.  He also replaced the screen on the patio sliding door that was out of commission since we moved in the house.  The family now feels better opening the windows and letting the breeze come through.  Will definitely use Dave again for windows and probably other cleaning services as well.

Dave arrived ready to work.  I explained what I wanted and he went to work without my having to oversee what he was doing.  I totally trust this young man in my home.

The experience was good and I had no complains. He was a nice guy, came in and went right to it. I woke up early and he helped by doing downstairs first; he was accommodating as far as I am concerned.

Dave did a wonderful job and was a very pleasant and professional businessman.  His prices were higher than we were accustomed to paying, but he did a much better job.  We were very pleased with his work and will use him again.

The completion of a very thorough job make the house look so clean and cared for.  The light fixture was also a mess before and now looks 100% better.  Dave additionally cleaned the small windows on the garage door without being asked to do so.  I so appreciate his wonderful job.  I plan on having him clean the windows at my home too.
