Danny had an offer for us within a week of contacting him. He ran interference with septic guys, termite guys, concrete guys, HVAC guys, and landscape guys. We closed within a month of putting the house up for sale, and for a price over our asking price. Danny was unfailingly polite, cheerful, optimistic, professional, efficient, and effective, even when things weren't running smoothly. He kept the lines of communication wide open, was skillful at cutting-edge computer DocuSign technology, and I always felt that he was upfront and in control. Obviously, he's favored by both St. Joseph AND all other real estate deities, pagan, ancient, or mythical. California is lucky to have him.

Danny is the best realtor we could have found. We chose him after interviewing three different realtors.  We liked all of them but Danny stood out as being the best. He sold our home with minimal hassle within a week. He was knowledgable, responsive, reliable and an expert at his job. He explained each step of the process in easy to understand terms and gave extra help when needed. He used an excellent photographer, advertised appropriately and gave good advice and guidance as needed. This was our first relocation.  Moving over 1400 miles away from our home of 15-years, was not easy. However, finding and buying a home with Danny and Teresa was a blessing.  They treated us like family. They were honest, warm, and sincere in their efforts to find us the right home.  Danny has been in the SoCal real estate market must of working life. The man knows exactly what he is doing and can help with any question you might have. For us, new to California, there were a lot of questions and Danny fielded them all.  The Moreno Valley / Riverside area is truly blessed to have such a great real estate team.
