The machines over there do the work for you and it is for 30 minutes. After that if you want you can go back on it again or you can stop and go back to the one that you need. It is a total workout but it is at a very low impact and that way older people can go and you work as hard as you want or as low impact as you want. It is not a fitness kind of a gym where you workout, over here you work as hard as you want. I am a senior and a bit over weight with some pains so the machines kind of do the work for you. I have seen young girls coming out of the place sweating but they take care of their business and leave. When I go there I take my time. If you have to do leg curls I do it at my own pace but someone younger can do it quicker. I would say it is doing it at your own pace gym.
