Mike arrived first thing in the morning the day after I called, as he said he would. He called me 1/2 hour in advance. He was very thorough and the price was reasonable. I will use him regularly.

Service was, hands down, the best I've ever had for plumbing in this 1960s-built house! Mike was quick to troubleshoot the problem, had the drain cleared in no time, was careful not to track dirt into the house (an extremely important criterion for my wife), and was ss pleasant as could be. I really enjoyed meeting him, and will call him first for any future plumbing needs.

They came right away and did a great job. They were quick and the pricing was adequate.

I had a very bad water leak from my shower head. I was really busy trying to prep my rental for my new tenant. Finally, just a couple of days left I was looking for a plummer. I called several of them around the area but they wanted to come in after my tenants have moved in. I called Mike and he scheduled an appointment the very next day, on a Sunday afternoon. He came and fixed my leaky shower head and was really satisfied with his work. I would call him again for future work.

Mike Cross has worked for me for several years. He is always on time, honest, trustworthy and professional. He guarantees his work (although he has never had to come back on any jobs he has done for me).
