Landscaping
I paid them the material fee to get the project started. In dealing with him, he lied to me so many times, didn't keep schedules, so I fired him from the job. In the meantime he had done some curbing work which I deducted from the amount I paid him. I asked him for the $7000.00 back, but he said he had already spent it on other projects. This was a year ago. In the meantime he paid me back $3000.00 but still owes me $4000.00. I don't think he ever intends to pay me back since it has been over a year. I wouldn't do business with him again under any circumstances.
