We were very pleased with the job that was done. They were courteous and professional. They were on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. This included moving furniture and area rugs. Although the grout was sealed when it was new, it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in several years. It looks almost as good as new. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Carpets were transformed after the treatment. The owner came at short notice, reasonable rates. Used corner guards for walls to protect from their hoses chafing corners. Very courteous & professional service.

Very professional. Enjoyed his work and enthusiasm to get the job done. Wasn't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Vacuumed the tile before the sealer but didn't seem too interested in washing the tile and grout down with a superficial cleaning unless I paid for the " cleaning" service in which my newly laid tile did not need. Wanted my granite sealed as well but his cost was way more then I was expecting to pay. Did a great job and willing to make special arrangements which I appreciated (late night or early morning service calls).

The company is basically a reputable, professional organization. However, they used some kind of a machine to clean my granite counter top, and seal it. I had spots on it that were not removed.. I did not see any improvement in the countertop ....I could have cleaned and sealed it myself thus saving me the 100 dollar fee. Remember, they are not able to remove any permanent spots in the granite...only recourse was to grind it and spend 1500 dollars.

With the damage that your granite has due to bad water damage discoloration that has caused cracking of the surface it is definately impossible to remove by simply deep cleaning and sealing which is what the coupon is valid for. Your countertop is in need of complete restoration on the areas we discussed prior to the cleaning and sealing was approved which cost a whole lot more than $99 as expected. We are sorry that we did not meet your required needs with the deal you purchased. CLEANSTONE Team"

The two young men arrived exactly on time and were very friendly. I had spoken on the phone to them beforehand because the job I had actually purchased was just for the countertop. I wanted further information on getting the floor done, too. He said it would be another $99 for the floor and $25 for a special treatment on a small area of the counter near the faucet with more significant water issues. It was my choice to go ahead with both additional services. There was no pressure to purchase these. The services were completed and the young men left. The next day when I noticed that damp mopping did not remove the streaking on the floor I called him. He came that afternoon and spent another two hours removing the streaking. He said there appeared to by some sort of substance on the floor like Mop and Glo from previous cleanings and that is what caused the streaks. He actually cleaned each tile on his hands and knees until there were no more streaks.I appreciated his efforts.

Elias was wonderful. Very professional and seemed knowledgeable of tile cleaning. I contacted Cleanstone and within a very short time was able to schedule the floor cleaning. Elias was on time and immediately began measuring the area to be cleaned. He informed me of the price, I agreed and he promptly began the process. Periodically throughout the process he would inform me of of what he was doing. He completed the job in about 3 hours and I was extremely pleased with the results.

JC and his brother are awesome! They arrive on time and do a fantastic job. I never have to worry about any valuables, or how they will interact with my elderly mom and autistic son. These dynamic brothers arrive and get right to work on my 3600 square foot home. They are conscientious and meticulous. This is the second time I have used them after being referred from a trusted neighbor. I am moving soon, but they will continue to be my floor care experts. I can't recommend them enough!

It went well. They spent about three and half hours at the task. I was impressed with the results, especially in the marble baths. I wanted to have the grout in the ceramic areas of our home color sealed as well, and they were very patient as I compared and selected exactly the right shade of bone which, unfortunately, they were out of. But they are ordering more and will return to complete that part of the job.

J.C. arrived right on time. He walked through my 3600 sq. ft. home with me to see what my needs were. He was very professional and asked questions to help him understand the best way to meet my needs. He deep cleaned my carpeting upstairs and down. He pre-treated and used enzymes to break up pet areas. The tile and grout flooring throughout the home was also cleaned. After cleaning all areas, scotchguard was applied to the traffic areas. When everything was done J.C. walked me through the house to share final instructions and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. I look forward to working with them for years to come! They do a great job at a fair price.

I called Cleanstone and spoke to J. C., who was extremely helpful, courteous, informative, and professional. We made an appointment for three days later. They showed up on time, J.C. gave me a price quote, and they set to work. (I had just had the entire house cleaned professionally the previous day, so I was concerned about their possibly marking up the walls, or dirtying the laminate flooring. They were scrupulously careful, and did not cause any damage or dirt. The carpets are sparkling clean, and look and smell wonderful! As for that dirty sofa? The one I was going to throw away??? It looks beautiful! Clean as a whistle! I feel that i got MORE than my money's worth with Cleanstone: Excellent service, excellent product, excellent experience!
