The garage door opener made a terrible noise. We turned it off immediately. I called him on Thursday afternoon and made an appointment for Saturday morning. He showed up at the time agreed upon. He worked about an hour to an hour and a half to fix the opener and made sure that everything was working properly. Our garage door opener has continued to work smoothly since.

Work was completed ahead of estimated date with courtesy and very neat. Cleaned up completely after installation. Posted a completion date and future checkup times.
