When Jerrald was done cleaning the carpets, the carpets looked new.  Jerrald was very professional, courteous, and customer service oriented.

It went very well. They were right on time. The price could have been better.

They did a terrible job. It was not very and they wanted to do the pet thing for $600 and we were not willing pay that.  We have and she is old and she urinated and they said if she did it on the floor it would costs us and we were not going to do it. So I had my daughter come out and she got the wet sweeper and she cleaned it.

First off, I did not purchase thru Angies List.  I purchased a coupon through Amazon for a basic carpet clean.  However, after further inspection, it was determined that I needed additional and a more thorough cleaning than what the coupon had covered.  Shane the technician who had been assigned to clean my carpet,  explained in full detail what was needed, the price a costs.  Since I couldnt afford a more deep cleaning, he suggested that  I may want to at least  go with the pre-spray which he explained would loosen the heavily soiled dirt.  I had two rooms which were very heavily soiled and had not been done in quite some time.  The end results were remarkable.  I was greatly impressed and Shane was surprised as well.  I feel Shane was very honest, informative, and did an excellent job.  My carpet came out very clean and the areas in which the soild was heavy,  was lifted as well.   I would definitely use Air-fresh Chem Dry again and would highly recommend them as well.

From the start they were very professional.  Called to confirm appointment, called prior to arrival, and were punctual.  All staff were very friendly and informative. My neighbor came over to see how the job went, and I highly recommended them.

It was the worse experience ever.  The technician was late.  They never called to let you know when he was on the way or approximately what time in your appt time frame he would be there.   Just showed up at the end of the window time late.

The fiasco started when a person who was just finished cleaning a neighbors carpet came by to offer a cleaning. We were looking for cleaning services, so decided to speak with the person. Promises were made (free sanitizer, protector, extra rooms cleaned) if we signed up that day. The day for the cleaning came, and another team member was at the forefront trying to upsell the very products that were promised to begin with. So, we were quoted 379, and the final price was 379, but before they started we had to have a serious talk about bait and switch. The person, to their credit, discounted everything to make sure the original price was respected. Unfortunately, it took a while to even get to that point, and there was a lot of time spent discussing things that just weren't that important. To continue with the idea of bait and switch, the first person who came in promised "carpet almost like new. we can get up any spot." Unfortunately, spots that were even pre-treated with a special canister of spray provided to us remain today. We might have been better just investing the money replacing the carpet. Additionally, the idea of dry carpet cleaning is a hoax. Our family will likely use typical steam cleaners in the future, as it still took days for the carpet to dry, not hours as suggested.

THE TECHNICIAN SEEMED TO BE VERY EXPERIENCED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE GAVE GOOD INFORMATION AND WAS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HIS JOB. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE THE CARPET WAS CLEANED PROPERLY.

I SAW THE ADVERTISEMENT IN A FLYER, AND THAT'S WHY I TRIED THEM. THEY SHOULD HAVE PICKED UP THE FUZZ ON THE CARPET AFTER THEY CLEANED IT INSTEAD OF ME COMING HOME TO FIND IT.

WE STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE RAKE MARKS OFF YET. WE DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S BECAUSE THE CARPET ISN'T DRY YET. IF THEY DON'T COME OFF THEY'LL HAVE TO GET US NEW CARPETS. THE CARPET LOOKS LIKE A GOLF COURSE OR SOMETHING. THEY WORKED REALLY HARD. THEY PUT SOME SINGLE CARPETS OUTSIDE. THERE ARE STILL SOME STAINS FROM THE PET STUFF. THEY ONLY HAD ONE GALLON OF THIS PET STAIN REMOVER.

MY DAUGHTER HAS USED THEM BEFORE. THAT IS BASICALLY WHY I STARTED USING THEM. I WAS SATISFIED. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE. THEY VACUUMED FIRST THEN CLEANED WITH THE CLEANER. THEY RAKED THEM AND THEN DRIED THEM. WHEN THEY LEFT I COULD WALK ON THEM WITHIN TWO HOURS. WE DID NEED SNEAKERS RIGHT AWAY, BUT THEY WERE DRYER THAN WHAT WE HAD PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED.
