They did come back to remove some padding in a door threshold that was preventing the door from closing. They were also able to help us find a product to also denature (deoxidize) the entire areas as the previous owner was a cat breeder. Their response to this was fine. The selection of carpeting could have been better. Their pricing and payment options were good and this was one of the main reasons we went with them. The carpeting has also been good about keeping its loft.

I was referred to Carpets by Duane by a neighbor who had previously used them. I visited their store and was very impressed with the selection and friendly sales associates.They had good customer service from start to finish, from the in-store associates to the installers. I would also recommend them to my neighbors.
