DO NOT HIRE!!! If I could give "0" stars I would. Lacking attention to detail. Crooked cabinets and drawers. Splitting wood and paint. Unresponsive to, and do not return calls. Does not honor warranty work. Claimed to give us a functional kitchen without regard to quality of their work. They also did our tile work which is hideous. It is so uneven it is literally 3D when light shines on it. They took longer than expected, wanted 90% payment when only 50% work was completed. Threatened to pull off job if 90% payment wasn't made when only a little over 50% work was completed. I can post photos if necessary.

Stay as far away from this company as possible. This is the result of a 17000.00 cabinet refacing we had done by them. The chipping started happening immediately after having them installed. It then took them close to a year to attempt a fix that resulted in further damage including the actual face of the cabinet falling off and hitting our child. These are disingenuous people who will rip you off. You can find much better for less. Run away screaming from this company.

They did unprofessional work on the counter top and tiles twice. He left his mess. The cabinets were great but the counter tops and tiles were not. They redid the backsplash but it was still a mess. I asked to change the contractor but they refused. It wasn't professional at all. I would not recommend them. They left a hole in my wall.

Built by Design is an outstanding company!!! Their expert craftsmen transformed my antiquated 35 year old kitchen into a bright and vibrant room. The work was done in five days, as promised, and every one of their craftsmen were highly skilled and friendly. My remodel was a really positive experience, mainly because I hired the right company to do the job. I highly recommend this company!!!!

They have a very excellent service and I am very happy .

The staff and crew were very professional. The installation crew was fast and amazing. They finished the job quicker than promised and cleaned up after themselves. We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone thinking of remodeling their kitchen.

They did an amazing job! Our kitchen and bathroom look beautiful. They were finished on time and when they were working they were very neat and left everything clean. We would definitely refer them and have them come back again!
