My service went great. He verified the flange was still in working order, the new toilet is fabulous.I'm really happy with the work that was done in my hall bath.

They did really good. It was very professional. I met the owner and he came and did his work. In fact, he is due back tomorrow to work on my HVAC system. He bought a new thermostat, but he put it on there and the same trouble happened. So he thought the new thermostat might have been bad. So he is going to bring another one. He said there might be some wiring problems.

Every experience with Jason at Best Plumbing was excellent!   Always willing to come ASAP and stay till the job was done.  The prices were always very fair.

It was fine.  He did what he said he would do.  He came the same day I called.  He was expensive.

Well the work wasn't done in the time that they said it would take. But I had them add a clean out and fix a broken clay sewer line that another plumber had broken (plumlee's plumbing). they did it but I went over there and took pictures as they were digging out the pipe and exposing it. I already seen big pieces of clay pipe that were broken from the previous plumber there before they even started. I already knew the pipe was broke really bad. They got all the way down and we took pics they fixed it and when done I paid,  the part that I am really displeased with they're service is I submitted they're receipt to the bond company of the other plumbers (plumlee's plumbing) and when I did the other plumber , plumlee's plumbing contacted them and asked them to write a letter for them lying that it was only a hair line crack and that the plumbers snake could not have caused that damage and they did .
Anyone knows that a plumbers snake can break porcelain toilets, the plumber who originally came to the house told me he could not snake the line from the toilet because 2 toilets were back to back and it would break the other toilet on the other side of the wall. So the plumbers know that the plumbing snake can break porcelain, and they know it can break clay pipe which is a lot weaker than porcelain. but the original plumber (plumlee's plumbing) is now stating that it can not break clay pipe. and Best plumbing services is covering up for them for some reason. I think it is because plumlees plumbing offered to send some business to best plumbing services. it just shows you how unethical & untrustworthy both of these plumbing companies are.

They are reliable, reasonably priced and do good work.

I had water bubbling up into my showers when my washing machine emptied. I called several places and was advised that this was the main line. Due to scheduling issues, the first company to be able to commit to coming out was Best Plumbing. The technician arrived on time and cleared out the main line through the toilet, which I had already removed to provide access to the pipes, as we have no nearby clean out and my roof is too steep to use the vent stack. The clog was cleared and the debris was pushed one hundred feet into the city sewer. The owner of the company came by a few hours later to run a camera down the pipe to verify the source of the clog.

Since our pipes are old and were constructed using the old style tight turns, the modern day camera was not able to follow the sewer path without help of a strong rubber band, which broke during use. The plumber set the toilet back in place for me. We made an appointment for the company to return in two days to scope the line with the smaller camera. On the evening of the next day, the sewer water once again began bubbling up into the showers. The company was called and they cleaned the line again going through a clean out on the side of the house. The smaller camera was used and located a large infiltration of tree roots.

The plumber recommended that we install a large clean out in the ground in front of the bathroom so if the sewer backs up again the heavier duty equipment could get access to the tree roots. The service was quick, the plumber spent a large amount of time and effort on the camera work, gave useful advice and also explained how to save some money on things that I could do myself. I thought the price was good and I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.
