They were recommended to me by another company. They were much less expensive than a company that I dealt with in the past. The guy that came out was really punctual and did a great job. The pricing was less than half of what the other company wanted to charge. Everything was perfect. The guy was really nice and offered good suggestions to me. Also he seemed really honest. This company was really good. Most companies did not want to come out and fix a private company alarm system, but Alarm King did.

Their service was terrible! The repairman was good that came out, but the office service was terrible. They didn't respond to requests for service. I would have to call several times. They advertised like they were a local company, yet they were up in Riverside. Anytime I needed something done I would schedule an appointment and they would hope that one of their two service people would be available to drive all the way to my house.
