Alan was fantastic! He communicated very well by calling me in the morning to confirm the time he would arrive. He was on time, very thorough, very professional, and took the time to explain how he was going to accomplish the job. Even though his quote included the TV mount, I upgraded to a different mount he had. I also needed a longer optical cable for my sound bar, which Alan had with him. I am very pleased with the entire experience!
