+ 0 moreThe president, Gordon Rudh, has a hands on approach. He has worked tirelessly putting together the package for my reverse mortgage.. which I decided to not go through with at the very end, not out of anything ABR did, but because I had decided not to retire in my present location. After all the hours of work done by ABR on my behalf, I was not made to feel like I had disappointed them or that I owed them because of the hours of unpaid work they did. I was simply told that I needed to to do what was best for me. . What a concept!!!
Description of Work: We have done business with ABR mortgage since 2004. having purchased four different properties over the years. IN ALL CASES, we were treated with honesty and fairness. Closing costs were never padded with some of those mysterious additional fees. We were always given copies of every form and at no time had any doubts about the integrity of this company. Since we have purchased several properties, it is difficult to go into detail about every transaction. We also had to sell 2 properties and again everything was handled with integrity and honesty. I have recently had them working on a reverse mortgage.
