TV Repair, Small Appliance Repair
As stated above the repair of the TV went well but the microwave is a different story. This was a very expensive countertop microwave, large enough to cook a turkey, temp probe and many functions. orignal cost $600.00. When I didn't hear from him after 4 weeks I called requesting an update and explaination. I got his answering machine and left a message. I received no reply. Al is in business with his grandson, I didn't get a reply from him either. After another week, I called again, the number had been changed, I called the new number, again left a message, still no reply. It is for this reason I have given and F rating. I consider this a theft and plan on reporting this as such. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But after no word for 2 and 1/2 months I feel I have given more than enough time for Al and his grandson to make things right.

"So what I was to do? I advised the member about the cost of the magnetron not including labor pickup and delivery she said to me if it was going to cost that much she will get a new one, now I still have the microwave taking space in my shop I will contact miss Ward to come and get it of my hands.........I do not see any theft intended"
