CALLED THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT TO PERFORM A HOME INSPECTION ON A HOME. WHEN THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETE I GOT A FULL DETAILED REPORT ON WHAT THE HOME NEEDED. THIS COMPANY REPORT WAS VERY THOROUGH. I WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNER PAYING FOR SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED IN MY OFFER.
