3R Electric

Great so far. This is one of the last thing to do on our remodel, so they start on Sept 2. I will update this post after the work is done, but right now I'm confident in my choice and expect to give an A. There was one bid a little lower than theirs, but I felt good about the man who came, Bassam.

We are completely satisfied with all of the work done by 3R Electric and plan to continue using them for all our electrical needs. The pricing is right, the service is great, and they are completely dependable. Bassam is great to work with and really knows what he is doing.

The whole process was painless! My new electric panel is beautiful- everything is clearly labeled and the numerous wires and conduits have been consolidated so that everything is neat and tidy. I would recommend 3R for any electrical work and will use them in the future.

Bassam  was creative, Managed to do the job with the least amount of damage to the property. He was
excellent! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He cleaned up
after himself and did a great job. We would highly recommend him
was clear in his approach and the cost implications of each
option. Overall we were very happy with his work. He was also quick to respond

Bassam is very deliberate in his approach and knows the building codes and how to approach the problem. He is also able to offer cost effective suggestions and bring parts and equipment with him to the site of the work to assist the homeowner with his thoughts, ideas, and ultimate solutions. He is quiet and sincere and tenacious in his pursuit of excellence.

It went very well! He took electrical sensors / meters and checked out all the circuits within the house to ensure that they were wired correctly with no loose wires or screws.

This house was built in 1964 and had been a rental. (It needed a lot of work.)

He showed up on time, worked rapidly and had a very business like, but friendly attitude. 

The person showed up on time and got right to work all the while advising me of every step of the process, making sure I was aware i was going to lose my power and making sure everything was turned off, etc. He removed the old panel and installed a new 200amp 42 circuit panel as well as bringing anything that was needed up to current codes.

When the job was completely finished you cannot even tell any work was even done as he matched the existing paint perfectly as well as the stucco.

I could have gotten someone less expensive but I am sure that I would have not received the same service and quality I did with 3R Electric.

Finding and selecting an electrician without having any background in electrical matters, I worried
about finding a professional who was knowledgeable in the field, familiar with
city requirements, electrical codes, fair pricing, honest and delivered quality work.  
I was talking to my coworker, he told me about 3R Electric.
From the first telephone inquiry to the final walk thru the breakers on our new panel, we were
completely satisfied and overwhelmed with gratitude.  
Bassam from 3R Electic was the constant professional, extremely
knowledgeable with electrical needs and requirements, licensing and practical recommendations, Bassam offered creative suggestions about what would work and would not work based on our family's lifestyle and living
habits. He truly knows his craft with practical and creative ideas.

panel was installed, rewiring done, I felt comfortable having him in my house, for those that have that concern.
