We had a hospital bed in the living room. That carpet had lots of traffice including wheelchairs, etc. Both rooms the carpet results were beyond our expectations and now look new again. Any stains came out and the traffic areas are no longer visible. Their cleaning person was working the entire time. Very personable and answered our questions.
Our recliners arm rests were the most stained and they now look new again also. We had the carpet covered with stain guard. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer for their quality job, being thorough and for being on time. Job well done.
