I paid the owner from Premier Valley Flooring $1180 on 2/7/25. He was scheduled to do the work on 2/11/25. He called me on 2/11/25 and said he was sick and could not do the work. I told him I would have to get someone else due to the deadline I needed to meet. I told him to send me a refund of $1180.00. I called him a week later on 2/17/25 because I did not receive a refund from him yet. He said he would put a check in the mail immediately. As of today 03/26/2025 I still have not received a refund from him. No work was ever done by Premier Valley Flooring. I had someone else do the work to meet the deadline.
